Lydia is the founder and chief executive officer of Elevated Vein Solutions. Her extensive career includes educating and training numerous sonographers and physicians in ultrasound skills and venous procedures. With over three decades in the medical field, Lydia has dedicated the past 13 years to specializing in lower extremity conditions, venous ultrasound, and assisting with vein procedures.
Mentorship: Serves as a preceptor for vascular ultrasound students (2014-present) and mentored junior and senior high school students in the medical program at MET Professional Academy (2020). Community Outreach: Has volunteered her medical services in Mexico, performing vascular ultrasounds, and assisting with vein procedures. Volunteered her vascular sonographer services at St. Vincent De Paul.
Education and Development: Presented on general and vascular sonography at MET Professional Academy (2021), including a live scanning demonstration and Q&A session with medical students. Entrepreneurship: Founded Veiniac-Nothing but VEINS online educational platform.

Dr. Lynch, founder and medical director of Lynch Vein & Aesthetics, is a board-certified general surgeon through the American Board of Surgery and a distinguished fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has presented multiple research papers, published articles, authored book chapters, and taught surgical skills as an instructor for The University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Lynch has experience in vein surgery, aesthetic surgery, laser skin treatments, and laser-assisted incision-free liposuction. Today, he dedicates his career to vein and aesthetic medicine.
Led and participated in a thriving general surgery practice (performed more than 5,000 surgeries, endoscopies, colonoscopies, esophagogastroduodenoscopies, and 150 endovenous ablations).
Recruited to spearhead the transition of Banner Medical Center from a Level IV to a Level III trauma center.
Instructed Advanced Trauma Life Support® (ATLS) at the American College of Surgeons.
Taught laparoscopic skills as an instructor at The University of Arizona College of Medicine.
Served as a president of the medical staff, chair of surgery, and as a member of the executive and innovation/technology committees.
Concurrently served as a preceptor for general surgery resident rotations within the University of Wisconsin Family Medicine Residency Program and the Physician Assistant Program.
After he attended the University of Wisconsin for biochemistry, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Lynch continued his education to earn a doctor of medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison, WI in 2002. He completed an integrated general surgery residency in Chicago, IL at Rush University, John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County from 2002- 2007. In this residency experience, Dr. Lynch rotated between multiple surgical services at Rush University Medical Center (RUMC), Cook County Hospital (CCH), and Rush North Shore Hospital.

Stevie transitioned from a successful 13 year teaching career to work alongside her husband, Dr. Lynch, bringing her strong leadership and organizational skills to the clinical setting. She manages the staff for both Lynch Vein & Aesthetics and Elevated Vein Solutions, oversees daily office operations, coordinates scheduling, organizes meetings, and plans special events. Stevie plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency of the office and delivering outstanding customer service to every patient.
Stevie graduated summa cum laude from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, with a degree in education, and later earned her master's degree in special education from National Louis University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Originally from the Chicagoland area, Stevie now resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with Dr. Lynch and their two children. She enjoys cooking, traveling, discovering new cuisine, and sharing great wine with family and friends.
